The Jim McNeeley Difference

- No charge for our services until the property is first rented
- No charge for any of our inspections, photographs, reports, year-end statements, faxing etc.
- No mark-up on invoices, nor do we accept rebates or kick-backs
What We Provide
Management means taking care of each property as though it were our own, including:
- Showings and inspections conducted 5 days a week
- Timely collection of rent
- Payment of monthly bills
- Direct Deposit of owner funds typically processed on the 10th of the month
- Computer-generated Owner Statement report emailed on the 10th of the month
